Yiğit Akdemir is an EWA Educator and has been an Approved Course Provider through his company Uzkeba since 2019. Having completed the EWA Advanced Diploma in 2024, he teaches the Level 2 Diploma in Single Malt Whisky as well as the Level 1 Certificates in Scotch whisky, Irish Whiskey, Sensory Appreciation and Gin. Delivered in Turkish, his courses are available in Istanbul, Ankara and occasionally online.

With advanced certifications from WSET, Springbank Whisky School and the Agave Spirit Institute, Yiğit is a fantastically knowledgeable ‘forever-student’ of spirits and is a truly remarkable teacher.
