A fun and interactive one day course exploring all things sensory in the art of tasting whisky. You’ll undertake an odour recognition test and challenge your own olfactory system to recognise many different odours.

Location

The diploma is taught at Arniston House, a magnificent Palladian-style mansion located near Gorebridge. Transport is provided to and from central Edinburgh (Motel One-Royal is the pickup point, very close to Waverley station).

Three modules taught in-person, plus two pre-reading modules delivered online upon purchase

Assessment

Invigilated final 45-minute SQA assessment covering the modules delivered in-person
