While nowadays we’re spoiled with a plethora of whisky books focussing on different whiskies and distilleries, Alfred Barnard’s "Whisky Distilleries of the United Kingdom" was really the first such project. In this video, Dr Gordon Steele discusses the book and its lasting influence with historian Fionnán O’Connor.
